Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping options to suit your needs
- Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) – $15.00
- Express Shipping (1-4 business days) – $20.00
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for deliveries to remote areas.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and on the road, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
We aim to have all international orders shipped the same day if placed before 10am (AEDT). Orders made after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
All international orders are sent with Australia Post and should be received within 4-14 business days*.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our hands you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
DELIVERY TIME
*These are Australia Post times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order.
DELIVERY & ORDER COST
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD). This is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.
ORDER TRACKING
We use Australia Post for all international deliveries, which is a worldwide service and fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

We currently ship anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, France, and Canada

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with your local postal service, neighbours, or building management to locate your package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
